Originally from South Africa, and having lived in the United States, Europe and Canada, I have accumulated years of experience as a landscape, travel, stock, wedding and portrait photographer, and additionally have worked with other photographers, from around the world, in fashion, editorial, commercial, and motion picture and TV commercials.

I now offer clients in Montréal an exclusive quality portrait service with a natural, contemporary, fun style, seldom if ever offered in "regular" portrait photography.

And why portrait photography?

I took the route of portrait photography, as opposed to a career in stock or fashion, because I enjoy it! Because, rather than shooting for a corporation who'll use the images to convince consumers to buy more of their products, I can shoot for an individual, a couple, or a family, and experience the satisfaction of sharing a unique shoot with them. And then again share the anticipation and excitement as they receive their photos.

Photography like this is far more rewarding. Offering something special, of great value to someone, and so enriching their life, and mine, gives the day a lot more meaning in the end.
